About PriceTilt

A buyer-side research tool, built independently, on the question the listing surface won’t answer.

Why PriceTilt exists

Every consumer real-estate surface a buyer touches — Zillow, Redfin, the MLS, the listing agent’s website — is structurally seller-biased. Listing agents have a fiduciary duty to the seller. The MLS is paid by listing brokers. Zillow and Redfin monetize lead-generation back to listing agents. None of these are bad-faith actors; the business model just points the other way.

The result is an asymmetry: sellers have an entire data and marketing apparatus working on their negotiating position. Buyers have a Zestimate and a hope. PriceTilt closes that gap by reading the same public records and licensed data the listing side already has, but interpreting them from the buyer’s perspective.

After the 2024 NAR settlement, buyers now pay their own representation directly. That changes what “buyer-side” has to mean. PriceTilt is the counterweight the buyer side has been missing.

About Tech Reformers

PriceTilt is built by Tech Reformers LLC, an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner and AWS Authorized Training Provider based in Seattle. Tech Reformers builds production-ready AI applications on AWS for organizations that need them to actually work — public-sector clients, K-12 districts, mid-market enterprises.

PriceTilt is Tech Reformers’ first consumer-facing product, designed and built end-to-end on the latest AWS agent stack: Strands Agents SDK, Amazon Bedrock with Anthropic Claude, AWS Location Service, and serverless AWS infrastructure throughout. The architecture is explicit about clean data sourcing, version-controlled methodology, and auditability — the same engineering practices that make Tech Reformers a credible partner for production workloads also serve as the foundation an acquirer would buy.

Where we are

Phase 1, live since May 2026. Public, anonymous, nationwide. Every score is logged with the methodology version that produced it; past scores stay as scored. The methodology is documented and version-controlled.

The roadmap includes a buyer’s-agent tier that lets agents bring PriceTilt to their clients as part of post-NAR-settlement representation, and a consumer paid tier with higher scoring quotas. Calibration of the methodology against actual sale outcomes accrues as a side effect of normal usage.
